The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Urikovich gets a clinch.
Howe struggles to land a body shot inside as Urikovich controls his hands.
The referee calls for Howe to work.
Howe is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Urikovich is defending well.
Howe could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
A bit of stalling here from Howe.
Howe is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Urikovich pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Howe.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Elliott Howe. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Urikovich moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Howe goes down! Can Urikovich finish him!?

It looks like Elliott Howe has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Urikovich looking to sit in guard and control but Howe gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Howe decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Urikovich, up you get!
Urikovich drops Howe with a straight right hand, right on the button! Urikovich follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
