The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donk. Stampfer catches Graves right on the button with a cross. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Stampfer falls off balance throwing a combination
and Graves counters with a shoot takedown. Stampfer fights it but they end up in guard. Graves drops back looking for a leg! Stampfer is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Stampfer manages to kick Graves off! Graves jumps back into Stampfer's guard. Graves thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Graves won't allow Stampfer to get back to his feet. Graves won't allow Stampfer to sweep him here. Stampfer wants to stand up but Graves is controlling him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
