Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Wooooly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oemer Dertli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dertli tries to clinch but Wooooly moves out of range.
Wooooly throws a quick counter head kick but Dertli was just out of range.

Wooooly gets a double leg takedown into Dertli's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooly is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Wooooly advances position into side control!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dertli is being controlled here.
Dertli really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wooooly. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Dertli tries to bench press Wooooly off him but Wooooly keeps the position.
An elbow from Wooooly crashes against the mat.
Wooooly really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Wooooly is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Dertli's shoulder. That is not cool.
Dertli is trying to control Wooooly's posture but Wooooly avoids it.

Wooooly decides to take the fight back to the feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Dertli tries to clinch up.
Dertli tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Wooooly counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Dertli moves out of range of the body kick from Wooooly.
A head kick misses from Dertli.
Dertli throws a head kick that misses.
Wooooly avoids the head kick by Dertli.

Wooooly shoots in and gets a takedown into Dertli's guard.
Wooooly controls from within his opponent's guard.
Dertli looks winded!

Wooooly with a flurry of punches that miss.
Wooooly forces his way into half guard.
Wooooly with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Wooooly wants to work for an arm triangle but Dertli is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Wooooly slows the pace down in half guard.
Wooooly passes to side control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Wooooly has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Dertli is looking to clinch but Wooooly is avoiding it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dertli swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Dertli has taken the fight to the clinch.
Dertli jumps guard but Wooooly turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Wooooly drags the fight down to the ground.

Wooooly has his feet on Dertli's thighs here. He's pushed Dertli off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Dertli screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
