Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kamil Fugite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mathek Krol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kamil Fugite! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mathek Krol! The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Krol connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Fugite uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Krol.
Fugite shoots in looking for a takedown but Krol manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Fugite's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Krol looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Krol leaves Fugite with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Krol throws a counter combo. Fugite really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Krol's corner calls for a 1-2. Krol obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Krol!
Fugite misses with a takedown attempt and Krol counters with a nice uppercut. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kamil Fugite. That's going to take a lot out of him. Krol keeps the fight on the outside. Fugite misses with a takedown letting Krol counter with a right hand. Fugite tries for a takedown but Krol sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fugite tries to clinch up but Krol circles away and keeps his distance. Fugite doesn't succeed with the takedown and Krol counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Krol has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Krol prevents a takedown attempt there.
Krol takes a knee to the side of the body. Fugite is trying to break free. Krol wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Krol lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fugite on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Krol lands with a punch from half guard. Krol lands strikes from half guard. Krol is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Krol decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Fugite shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Krol sprawls well. Krol wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fugite gets slowly back to his feet. Krol looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Fugite misses with a takedown attempt and Krol counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. This has been an exciting period of action! Krol throws a one two combo.
Krol instigates a clinch. Krol lands a right hand. Fugite is trying to pull guard but Krol has him pressed against the cage. Fugite wants to break free but Krol has control.
Krol has clasped his hands together around Fugite's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Krol is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Krol has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Krol decides to stand up, so the ref orders Fugite to his feet. Krol rushes Fugite and presses him up against the cage. Krol has had enough of the clinch but Fugite keeps him there for the moment. Krol pulls guard. Krol pushes Fugite off and gets back to his feet.

Kamil Fugite seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fugite with a lazy takedown attempt and Krol moves into the clinch. Fugite is breathing heavily. Fugite has Krol pressed against the cage, preventing Krol from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Krol is trying to break the clinch but Fugite is controlling him. Krol wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Krol gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Krol keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Krol decides to stand and escape the position. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Krol misses with a head kick.
Krol's coach down at Extreme MMA (7 Elites $250/week) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Krol's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Fugite shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Krol counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Krol. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mathek Krol dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Krol forces Fugite back against the cage and clinches. Krol has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Fugite wants to get back to striking at distance but Krol won't allow it.
A nice right hand lands inside from Krol. Fugite wants a takedown.
Krol is trying to break the clinch but Fugite has him pressed against the cage. Krol breaks from the clinch.
Fugite shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Krol pinned against the cage. Krol gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Krol displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Krol closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Fugite quickly recovers to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fugite has hold of Krol's hands but Krol slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Krol decides to return to a standing position. Fugite with a poor takedown and Krol counters with a nice uppercut. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kamil Fugite. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fugite tries to clinch and Krol counters with a one-two to the body. Fugite doesn't manage to clinch there - Krol circles away.
Krol throws a head kick that misses. Krol has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Fugite goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Krol fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Krol closes the distance and clinches. Fugite is looking for a takedown. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fugite is trying to force a seperation but Krol has the dominant position. Fugite tries to work over Krol's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Fugite tries for a takedown. No joy.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Krol wants the takedown. Fugite is fighting it off but Krol persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Fugite's guard against the cage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Krol stands up from guard. Let's bang! Fugite tries to clinch up but Krol circles away and keeps his distance. Krol moves into the clinch successfully.
Krol ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Krol no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Krol has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Fugite off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Krol scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Fugite shoots for a double leg takedown but Krol sprawls well. He's pushed Fugite's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Krol lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Fugite fails with an attempt to clinch.
Fugite shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Krol as he jumps to the side. Krol will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fugite moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Krol finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Fugite doesn't manage to clinch there - Krol circles away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Krol lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Krol. Krol lands with a nice combination. Fugite backs away looking to recover. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fugite checks a low kick from Krol. Fugite tries to clinch and Krol counters with a left to the body. A left and a right from Fugite both land. Nice combination. Krol manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Fugite on his heels. He'll look to pass Fugite's guard now, I'm sure. Krol lands a couple of digs. Fugite being controlled here, momentarily. Krol decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mathek Krol showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Fugite takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Fugite doesn't manage to clinch there - Krol circles away.
Krol let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Mathek Krol seems to be getting the better of the standup. Fugite misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Krol.
Krol throws a counter combo. Fugite misses with a takedown attempt and Fugite takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Krol scores with a three punch combo!
Krol moves into range and clinches up with Fugite. Krol manages to pull guard.

Krol bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Fugite's head backwards. Krol tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fugite swivels and escapes. Krol has managed to clinch.
Krol breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Krol steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Fugite. That one must have hurt. Kamil Fugite is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Krol tried to score with a low kick but Fugite checks it. Krol forces Fugite back against the cage and clinches. Fugite tries to pull guard but Krol holds him up against the cage and eventually Fugite drops back down to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fugite drops down looking for an ankle pick but Krol pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kamil Fugite. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Fugite shoots and misses and Krol counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Krol clinches. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Krol jumps into guard, dragging Fugite to the mat.
Krol wriggles free and stands up. Fugite gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Krol fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Fugite to the ground. Krol is now in Fugite's guard. Krol stands up over Fugite, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Krol postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Fugite is working an open guard so Krol takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Krol throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Fugite tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Krol is in Fugite's guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Krol working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Fugite's head. Krol is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Krol gets to his feet. Fugite looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Krol closes the distance and clinches. Fugite drops down looking for an ankle pick but Krol pulls his leg out and moves away.
Kamil Fugite has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mathek Krol is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Krol moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! Mathek Krol comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Krol has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
