The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plouman lands a jab.
Guttuierez throws a big shot that misses.
Plouman dodges the punch combination from Guttuierez.
Plouman lands with a nice body punch.
Plouman lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Guttuierez at a distance.
Plouman just misses with a punch to the body.
A little feinted left hand from Guttuierez on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Guttuierez jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Plouman looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Plouman lands a nice looking body shot.
Plouman scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Plouman with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Guttuierez to score with a decent uppercut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Plouman uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Guttuierez.
Plouman appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Guttuierez avoids the body shot from Plouman.
Guttuierez doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Guttuierez uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Plouman.
Guttuierez lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Plouman avoids a punch combination nicely.
A nice side step and Plouman releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Plouman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Guttuierez was well out of range. Poor timing from Plouman.
Plouman throws a shot to the body.
Guttuierez cracks Plouman with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Plouman lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Guttuierez misses with an uppercut

and Plouman counters with a crisp right hand that drops Guttuierez! Plouman lets Guttuierez back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Guttuierez is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Plouman drops Guttuierez with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Guttuierez! Plouman dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
