Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Zina Ronaldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob K (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Zina Ronaldo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Rob K! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! K tries to clinch but Ronaldo is having none of it. Ronaldo fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. K sprawls well initially but Ronaldo persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Ronaldo is looking for a kimura but K is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Ronaldo to get the leverage. K should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. K pushes Ronaldo off looking to stand but Ronaldo dives back in and keeps control.
K is looking to get back to is feet but Ronaldo passes into side control.
Ronaldo working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ronaldo looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. K is trying to get back to his feet. Ronaldo working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. K really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ronaldo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ronaldo scores with a couple of short elbows. K wants to get back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ronaldo throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ronaldo working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. K tries to escape but Ronaldo is in control. Ronaldo thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Ronaldo is breathing heavily. K is trying to buck Ronaldo off. Ronaldo will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Ronaldo is working to tighten is grip on K's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. K has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Ronaldo is really squeezing tight and eventually K passes out! Ronaldo breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Zina Ronaldo!
