Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Just For! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sean Dempsey! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dempsey will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
For throws a body shot but no joy. Dempsey rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and For counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. For swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dempsey closes the distance and clinches. Dempsey tries to work over For's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Dempsey misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Dempsey tries to break the clinch but For is controlling the position. For throws a punch but it's blocked by Dempsey. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Dempsey. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dempsey wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Dempsey tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Dempsey blocks a body shot from For. Dempsey has For pressed against the ropes, preventing For from circling away and getting back to striking at range. For struggles to land a body shot inside as Dempsey controls his hands.
For is trying to break the clinch but Dempsey has him pressed against the ropes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dempsey misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Dempsey keeps control of For as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. For prevents Dempsey from breaking the clinch. For tries to throw a body punch but Dempsey avoids it by throwing For back against the ropes. Dempsey tries a body shot but For blocks it.
Dempsey has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. For is trying to break the clinch but Dempsey is controlling him. Dempsey can't find room to land a body shot as For controls the action.
For looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Dempsey tries a body shot but For blocks it.
For misses with a punch to the body.
For tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Dempsey's elbow. Dempsey misses with some punches.
Dempsey manages to break the clinch.
For has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Beast Playground in the buildup to the fight. Dempsey tries to bum rush For with a series of wild strikes but For uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A quick step to the side and For tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. A nice combination there by For.
Dempsey throws a hook but For blocks it. For seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Dempsey lands with an overhand left.
It looks like Just For has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. No joy there for Dempsey, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dempsey throws a series of punches but For moves out of range. For was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. For throws a body shot but no joy. Dempsey has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. For throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dempsey throws a predictable looking body shot
and For counters with a nice uppercut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! For keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A counter left hand to the body from For misses its target. Dempsey takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Dempsey misses with a right hand and For counters with a left to the body. For slips under a jab. A quick step to the side and For tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Dempsey moves into range and clinches up with For. For misses with a body punch.
For tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Dempsey's elbow. Dempsey works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sean Dempsey dominated that round. The cut man is working on Just For's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Sean Dempsey seems to be getting the better of the standup. For tries to clinch up and Dempsey counters with a massive combo! Right, left, right! For goes down! He's out cold! The referee doesn't need to count him out here - this one was over before For hit the floor!
