Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Randall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryo Yoshida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jason Randall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ryo Yoshida! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Randall shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Yoshida fails with the takedown. Yoshida closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Yoshida misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Yoshida throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Yoshida creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Randall sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Yoshida looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Randall is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Yoshida off and has taken his back! Randall looking for the choke from the back. Randall has the hooks in. Yoshida is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
That's one minute gone in the round. Randall looking for the choke from the back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Randall controlling well, preventing Yoshida from escaping the position.
Will Randall go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Randall doesn't have the hooks in and Yoshida manages to turn into his guard.
Yoshida stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Randall swivels though and keeps the full guard. Yoshida in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Yoshida with a flurry of punches that miss. Yoshida has gone for a leg lock! Randall slips out almost immediately though and dives into Yoshida's guard.
Yoshida looking for a triangle here. Randall is fighting it but it looks tight! Yoshida pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Randall is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Ryo Yoshida! Ryo Yoshida seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
