With a record of 16 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Matt Leach!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kilmster lands with a cross.
Kilmster scores with a jab to the head.


It looks like Matt Leach has been cut.
Matt Leach seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kilmster looks to land a combination but Leach avoids it well.
A good leg kick by Leach.
Leach fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Kilmster checks it well.
Kilmster connects with a body shot that sends Leach's belly button to the back.
Kilmster lands a right hook to the body.
Good work by Leach as he checks the leg kick.
Leach appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Leach, right into the meat.
Kilmster takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Leach throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kilmster fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kilmster scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Leach tries to bum rush Kilmster with a series of wild strikes but Kilmster uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Kilmster lands a glancing blow to the side of Leach's head.
Leach connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kilmster momentarily.
A head kick misses from Leach.
Kilmster lands a body shot.
Leach is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Leach doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Kilmster misses with an uppercut. Leach saw that one coming.
Kilmster punishes Leach's body with a nice straight punch.
Kilmster avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Kilmster tests Leach's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Leach moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Leach scores with a sloppy right hand. Kilmster should have avoided that one.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Leach has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

and Leach connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Leach moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Kilmster throws a sloppy head kick and Leach moves out of range easily.
Leach thuds his shin into the meat of Kilmster's side.

Kilmster looks to score with a jab to the body but Leach is just out of range.
Kilmster seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
A chopping leg kick lands by Leach.
Both fighters circling a little - Leach finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Leach getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Leach throws a push kick but Kilmster slaps the foot to one side.
Leach throws a leg kick which misses Kilmster's front leg but catches the back leg as Kilmster tries to avoid it.
Leach misses with a double jab.
Nice shot by Kilmster.
Leach lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Leach.
Kilmster throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kilmster takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kilmster is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Leach.

Leach cracks Kilmster with a good jab.
Leach is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Leach ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kilmster misses with the combination.
Leach is looking to slow Kilmster down with leg kicks.
Kilmster takes a jab right on the kisser.
Kilmster throws a shot from downtown. Leach moves away and avoids it.
Leach circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Kilmster drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Leach follows Kilmster to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
