0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lantos Orban! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Both fighters circling a little - Orban finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Orban.
A nice inside leg kick there by Orban. That's going to slow Sanchez down. Orban scores with a leg kick.
Crunch! Orban slams his shin into Sanchez's torso. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Orban.
Sanchez shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Orban manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Orban manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Sanchez manages to get himself to full guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Orban trying to control but Sanchez is working from the bottom. Orban looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Orban must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Sanchez is pulling down on Orban's head to control his posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Orban wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Sanchez's closed guard. He's half up but Sanchez has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Sanchez pivots and extends the arm, Orban falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Sanchez! Well done that man!
