The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kasparov bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kasparov, right into the meat.
Kasparov throws a nice outside leg kick.
Van Eeden fails to land the takedown.
Kasparov connects with a leg kick. Van Eeden looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Van Eeden takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Van Eeden is breathing heavily.
Kasparov lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Kasparov throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Van Eeden takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Van Eeden steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Kasparov. That one must have hurt.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kasparov fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Van Eeden has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Kasparov lands a head kick!
Nice body kick there by Kasparov.
Look low, kick high! Kasparov uses the oldest trick in the book to send Van Eeden tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Kasparov is absolutely delighted - when Van Eeden wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
