Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sebastian Nixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). David Walker will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Sebastian Nixon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, David Walker! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Andrew Berry and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Walker throws a right and a left that both miss. Walker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Walker tries to clinch there but Nixon circles away.
Nixon gets tackled into the cage by Walker. Walker maintains the clinch. A right hook to the body lands for Walker.
Nixon jumps guard but Walker stands there with Nixon around his waist. Nixon gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nixon is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Walker to keep the fight standing. Nixon is trying to pull guard but Walker turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sebastian Nixon. That's going to take a lot out of him. Walker wants a takedown but no success here.
Walker has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Nixon is trying to keep an underhook but Walker manages to get the takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nixon moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Walker got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nixon has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Walker has managed to get both his arms back between Nixon's legs - danger averted. Walker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nixon. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Nixon is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Walker defends well. Walker is fighting to break Nixon's control of his arms but Nixon is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Nixon trying to control the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Nixon wants to sweep but no luck. Walker passes Nixon's left leg - he's now in half guard. Nixon is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Walker's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Walker's back! Walker can't escape the position.
Nixon is riding his opponent, not letting Walker buck him off. Walker is in bad spot here.
Nixon slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Nixon is persistently looking for the submission but Walker is defending it well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walker wants to get back to his feet. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

Nixon is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Walker has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Nixon.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Nixon is hanging on to Walker's back as he tries to escape.
Nixon has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Walker has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Walker is trying to stand back up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Nixon really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Walker. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Sebastian Nixon will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Walker's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Walker duly obliges. Walker has a takedown stuffed. Nixon avoids a punch combination nicely.
David Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Some wild striking there from Walker.

That's one minute gone in the round. Walker lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Nixon backs up against the cage.
Nixon moves in looking to clinch but Walker pushes him off. Nixon gets a clinch. Nixon has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Walker avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Nixon prevents a takedown attempt there.

Sebastian Nixon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Walker. Nixon tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Walker just stands there and leans against the cage. Walker is pressed up against the cage. Nixon has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Walker down to the mat. Walker avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Walker misses with a jab, cross combination.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Walker. It looked like Nixon was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Walker. Walker has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Walker takes the fight into the clinch. Nixon tries to pull guard but Walker holds him up against the cage and eventually Nixon drops back down to his feet.

Walker has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Nixon is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nixon jumps guard but Walker turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Walker turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Walker manages to end up in side control. Walker stands up and beckons Nixon to his feet. Walker scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Nixon struggling a bit here. Walker tries to get to his feet but Nixon is in the middle of advancing position himself and ends up with Walker in his guard. Walker drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Nixon manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Walker has Nixon in his guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nixon is looking to stand up but Walker won't let him. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nixon trying to control but Walker is working from the bottom. Walker is looking to sweep but instead, Nixon has passed into half guard.
Nixon tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Walker. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
David Walker showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Walker tests Nixon's chin there with a solid looking shot. A punch combination from Walker misses. Nixon is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Walker. Walker shoots in and drives through. Nixon sprawls well. A quick step to the side and Nixon tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Nixon looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Walker is fending him off so far but Nixon persists. Nope, Walker circles away and we're back to standing. Walker lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Nixon tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Walker tries to bum rush Nixon with a series of wild strikes but Nixon uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nixon wants to clinch. Walker lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Walker. Walker goes for a double leg but Nixon avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Nixon continues to drive forward. Nixon is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Sebastian Nixon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Walker. Walker feints a jab promting Nixon to slip. Walker then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Nixon slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Walker circles away from the clinch attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nixon throws a lazy right hand but Walker sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Walker is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Walker shoots in for a takedown but Nixon shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Walker takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Nixon misses with a wild body shot. Walker gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Nixon counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Walker thinking. Walker slips under a jab from Nixon. Nixon is looking to clinch but Walker is avoiding it.
Nixon takes a swing at Walker's ribcage but misses. Walker shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Nixon but Nixon pushes him off and we're back to square one. Nixon appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walker shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Nixon as he jumps to the side. Walker misses with a series of wild punches.
David Walker is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Walker throws a right and a left that Nixon avoids nicely. Walker fails with the takedown and Nixon counters with a stiff right hand. Walker doesn't manage to clinch there - Nixon circles away.
Nixon tries to close the distance and clinch up but Walker swats him away and circles back towards the center. Walker is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Nixon fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nixon closes this distance looking for a takedown but Walker circles away. Walker unleashes a big counter combination but Nixon bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Nice uppercut lands for Walker. That snapped Nixon's head back.
Walker swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nixon closes the distance and pushes Walker back into the cage. Walker makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Nixon pulls Walker into guard.

And that's the end of the fight! David Walker comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Walker has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
