Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Clayton Laurence (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Bon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clayton Laurence could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to King Bon's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Clayton Laurence!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, King Bon!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laurence closes the distance looking to clinch
and Bon counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Laurence thinking.
Bon's jab looks to have found its range, popping Laurence under the eye.
It looks like Clayton Laurence has been cut.
Bon just misses with a punch to the body.
Laurence jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Bon swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Laurence walks into a left hand.
Bon misses the body punch
and Laurence counters with a thumping low kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bon misses with a body shot.
Laurence was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Bon throws an off balance right hand
and Laurence counters with a stiff right hand.
Bon throws a series of punches but Laurence avoids them all with ease.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bon sends Laurence crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Bon is motioning to the referee to let Laurence up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Laurence keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Bon looks to land a left hand but Laurence moved out of range nicely.
Laurence throws a front kick aimed at Bon's knee but Bon avoids it well.
Laurence seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Bon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Laurence manages to avoid it.
An attempted straight right counter from Laurence misses the target.
Bon misses with a right hand
and Laurence counters with a left to the body.
Bon lands a jab to the head.
Clayton Laurence's cut is getting worse.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bon throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
It looked like Laurence was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Bon.
Bon misses with a looping left.
Laurence avoids the body shot from Bon.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Laurence is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Bon throws a big shot that misses.
Laurence half committed to a counter leg kick.
Bon throws a body shot but no joy.
Laurence is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Bon punishes Laurence's body with a nice straight punch.
Bon swings for the body but Laurence moves out of range.
It looked like Laurence wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Bon throws a jab but it's blocked by Laurence.
Bon lands a slapping body shot.
Bon rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Laurence counters with a one-two to the body.
Laurence dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bon. That did some damage!
Bon throws a big shot that misses.
Laurence feinted there with a counter leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
A big left from Bon misses.
Bon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Laurence.
A quick step to the side and Laurence tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bon misses with a two punch combination.
Laurence takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Bon drops Laurence with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Laurence looks back up at him and smiles so Bon waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Laurence is rocked!
Bon finds Laurence's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Laurence flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Bon lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Laurence will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). King Bon!
