Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sylvester Malone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 1 - 1, fighting out of New York, Luka Janko!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Anthony Taglia and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Janko scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Malone tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Janko was well out of range. Poor timing from Malone.
Malone dives in and scores a takedown into Janko's guard.
Malone trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Janko isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Malone stacks Janko on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Malone!
Malone trying to control the position but Janko is working away.
Janko is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Janko managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Malone.
Janko sneaks back into half guard.
Janko blocking the ground and pound attempt from Malone.
Janko looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Malone is looking to advance position but Janko won't allow it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Janko is looking for a sweep. Malone is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Malone is thwarting Janko's attempts to control the position.
Malone stalling away here and it's allowed Janko to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Janko has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Malone can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Malone postures up in Janko's guard and throws a big left but Janko blocks it.
Malone trying to control the position from guard on top but Janko is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Malone just misses with a punch to the body.
Malone avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Malone is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Malone dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Malone tries to clinch there but Janko circles away.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Janko.
Janko avoids the body shot from Malone.
Janko shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Malone connects with the punch.
Janko slips a jab from Malone.
Malone looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Malone lands a really nice looking cross but Janko seems unphased.
Malone gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Malone throws a right and a left that both miss.
Malone swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Malone misses the jab.
And Janko tries to counter it with a takedown but Malone pushes his down on his head and steps out.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Janko avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Janko fails to land the takedown.
Sylvester Malone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Malone checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Malone clinches up against the cage.
Janko tries to land knees in the clinch but Malone avoids the damage to the body.
Come on Janko - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Janko dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Janko is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Malone is keeping busy.
Janko misses with a knee to the head.
Janko fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sylvester Malone dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
The fighters circle momentarily. Malone darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Nice uppercut lands for Malone. That snapped Janko's head back.
Malone scores with the left hand. Janko knows he should have avoided that one.
Malone pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Janko moves out of range as Malone strikes.
A good leg kick by Janko.
Janko shoots in but no luck this time.
Malone cracks Janko with a good jab.
Malone lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Janko is rocked!
Malone misses the shot to the body.
Janko is still on wobbly legs! Can Malone finish him?
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Janko tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Janko seems to have recovered his senses.
A right-left combo lands from Janko.
Malone is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Janko can do to turn this around?
Janko takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Malone drops Janko with a beautiful combination! Janko stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Malone is looking for the KO!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Janko throws a body kick that misses.
Malone circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Janko to the canvas! Janko doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Malone keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:14 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sylvester Malone!
Our winner, Sylvester Malone, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
