Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Indigo Starseed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anakoni Kai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Starseed comes to the cage accompanied by Bass Nectar- Take You Down. Kai has chosen Firestarter as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Anakoni Kai has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kai tries to clinch but Starseed moves out of range.
Kai throws a jab but it's blocked by Starseed.

Starseed takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Kai feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Starseeds jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Kai throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Starseed stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kai lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Starseed has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Starseed and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Starseed looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kai with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The fighters are battling for position here. Kai manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Starseed wants to control from the top but Kai keeps moving.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Anakoni Kai is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

A very excited looking Anakoni Kai made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Indigo Starseed was interviewed post fight and said 'Dude, Garfield was a lot tougher than the comic strip version haha... No but seriosuly best 2-3? You owe me another chance to put in a real show for the fans! Good fight man! I'll be back! Better and stronger! Broken analog Pride never quits!'.
