Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tobias Tattsyrup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darren Paddon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Tobias Tattsyrup has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Tobias Tattsyrup seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Tobias Tattsyrup! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Darren Paddon! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Chad Campbell and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Paddon lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Tattsyrup chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Paddon can pounce on him.
Paddon scoring well with a low kick there.
Tattsyrup falls off balance throwing a combination
and Paddon counters with an inside leg kick. Paddon swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Tattsyrup cracks Paddon with an open hand slap. Tattsyrup throws a right hand that Paddon ducks under and follows up with a left that Paddon also avoids with ease. Paddon throws a counter combo. Tattsyrup closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. We've been hearing that Tattsyrup has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Paddon is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Tattsyrup has just dragged him back down to the mat. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Paddon wants to control but Tattsyrup postures up. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Tattsyrup working the head with strikes. Tattsyrup tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Paddon is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Paddon is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Tattsyrup pulls his head out easily. Tattsyrup works his way into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tattsyrup looks up at the clock and then as Paddon takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Tattsyrup smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Paddon tries to buck Tattsyrup off but Tattsyrup is having none of it. Paddon is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Paddon is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Tattsyrup has just dragged him back down to the mat. Tattsyrup in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Tattsyrup wants to lay and pray for a moment but Paddon keeps working. Tattsyrup working away. Tattsyrup lands a nice forearm strike. Tattsyrup landing a few strikes. Paddon tries to bench press Tattsyrup off him but Tattsyrup keeps the position. Tattsyrup tries for a kimura but Paddon is defending well. Paddon is looking for a sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tattsyrup lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Paddon down.

Paddon is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Tattsyrup off and has taken his back! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Paddon patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? Tattsyrup manages to reverse the position and now he's in Paddon's guard. Nice work there by Tattsyrup.
Tattsyrup trying to control the position from guard on top but Paddon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tattsyrup is working Paddon over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Tattsyrup lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Tattsyrup drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tattsyrup jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Tattsyrup postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Paddon trying to control the position.
Paddon wants to stand up but Tattsyrup is controlling him. Our spies down at at LOD: Ground Zero inform us that Paddon has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Tattsyrup makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Tattsyrup is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Tattsyrup scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Paddon escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tattsyrup gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Tattsyrup working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Tattsyrup postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Tattsyrup works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tattsyrup is nestled in close to Paddon, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Tattsyrup scoring with strikes to the body and head. Paddon makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Paddon. Paddon is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tattsyrup defends well. Tattsyrup lands a couple of digs. Tattsyrup is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Tattsyrup with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Tattsyrup won't allow Paddon to sweep him here. Tattsyrup is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Tattsyrup content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Tattsyrup has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Paddon keeping full guard, as Tattsyrup tries to pass. Paddon tries to land a sweep but no joy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tobias Tattsyrup dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Paddon changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Tattsyrup moves forwards but Paddon connects with a nice, crisp jab. Paddon scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Tattsyrup misses with the combination.
Tattsyrup shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Paddon pinned against the cage. Paddon gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Nice shot by Paddon. Paddon ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Tattsyrup is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Paddon can do to turn this around? Tattsyrup drops his hands momentarily and Paddon takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Paddon scores with a hook to the body. Tattsyrup takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. No joy there for Tattsyrup, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A left and a right from Paddon both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Tobias Tattsyrup has been cut. Paddon lands a really nice looking cross but Tattsyrup seems unphased.
Paddon lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Tattsyrup throws a right and a left that both miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. A telegraphed right hand from Paddon misses the target. Tattsyrup appears to be looking for a big counter. A jab from Paddon does it's job there.
Tattsyrup is rocked! Paddon lands a glancing blow to the side of Tattsyrup's head. Oh Tattsyrup is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Tattsyrup drops his hands momentarily and Paddon takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Paddon throws a monster overhand right that drops Tattsyrup! Paddon follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Darren Paddon! Darren Paddon really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Arcticus University: London logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
