The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batista fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Llavicrep manages to avoid it.
A solid leg kick lands there for Batista.
Batista throws a big shot that misses.
Llavicrep appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Batista swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Llavicrep counters with a crisp one two that drops Batista! Llavicrep thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Batista to his feet! Batista is in big trouble!
Batista misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Batista throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Batista shoots in but Llavicrep avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Llavicrep was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Gab Batista seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Batista get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Batista stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Llavicrep runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
