The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Dean Styles and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rouse closes the distance and clinches.
Mcknight tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Rouse has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Mcknight uses from the top position.

Mcknight dives in and grabs Rouse's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rouse pushes down on Mcknight's head and hops out.

Rouse takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That was a close round but I would say that Dirk Mcknight will probably get the nod.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
