And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Amber Ale!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Gaal throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Van Gaal displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ale.
We've been told by Van Gaal's head coaches at Bi-polar Asylum **BEST PUBLIC SPARRING IN VEGAS!!! that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Horrible takedown attempt by Ale or perhaps it was just good defense by Van Gaal, which made it look bad.
Van Gaal appears to be looking for a big counter.
Ale fails to land the takedown.
Cholo Van Gaal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Amber Ale.
Ale is looking to clinch but Van Gaal is avoiding it.
Van Gaal will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Van Gaal misses with a double jab

and Ale counters with a shoot takedown. Van Gaal fights it but they end up in guard.
Van Gaal avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Van Gaal is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Ale is controlling him.
Ale trying to control the position from guard on top but Van Gaal is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Ale advances to half guard.
Van Gaal is trying to stand back up but Ale is controlling him
Van Gaal won't allow Ale to pass to mount.
Ale wants to take a breather but Van Gaal is having none of it.
Ale missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Ale tries to pass to full mount but Van Gaal defends it.
Ale not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Ale postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Van Gaal to stand up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ale gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Van Gaal counters with a straight right hand.
No joy there for Van Gaal, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Van Gaal scores with the left hand. Ale knows he should have avoided that one.
Ale tries for a takedown but Van Gaal circles away easily

and Van Gaal counters with a crisp one two that drops Ale! Van Gaal thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Ale to his feet! Ale is in big trouble!

Ale is rocked!
Van Gaal closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Ale out cold! Ale corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
