Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Theodore Ruxpin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bjorn Lodbrok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lodbrok is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Killing in the name of.... Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bjorn Lodbrok!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lodbrok throws a lazy body kick
and Ruxpin holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
We've been hearing reports that Ruxpin has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Lodbrok blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Ruxpin misses with the head strike.
Ruxpin tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Lodbrok avoids it.
Lodbrok stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Lodbrok is working Ruxpin over against the cage.

Ruxpin throws a head punch that misses.
Ruxpin using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Lodbrok has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Ruxpin works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Lodbrok has Ruxpin pulled in close to control his posture.
Let's hope that Lodbrok has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Ruxpin wants to control from the top but Lodbrok keeps moving.

Ruxpin thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Ruxpin postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lodbrok is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Ruxpin, into his guard.

Ruxpin looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Lodbrok is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Lodbrok looking to pass the guard.
Lodbrok would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Ruxpin bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lodbrok's guard.

Ruxpin wants to pass the guard but Lodbrok is keeping the position.
Lodbrok looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Lodbrok is still trying to improve position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ruxpin trying to control but Lodbrok is working from the bottom.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Ruxpin connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Lodbrok clinches up against the cage.
Ruxpin lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Lodbrok.
Lodbrok tries to throw a body punch but Ruxpin avoids it by throwing Lodbrok back against the cage.
Ruxpin drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lodbrok pulls his leg out and moves away.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Lodbrok defending well as Ruxpin loads up on a big left hand.
Lodbrok cracks Ruxpin with a right hand to the side of the head.
Lodbrok avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ruxpin misses with a low kick.
Ruxpin thows a left - swing and a miss!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Bjorn Lodbrok will probably get the nod.

Lodbrok lands a nice shot that snaps Ruxpin's head back.
Lodbrok lands a big head kick that sends Ruxpin tumbling to the mat! Lodbrok takes a step backwards and waves Ruxpin back to his feet - he wants the finish!

No luck with that takedown attempt from Ruxpin.
Oh Ruxpin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Horrible takedown attempt by Ruxpin or perhaps it was just good defense by Lodbrok, which made it look bad.
Lodbrok slips under a jab.
Ruxpin seems to have got his legs back now.
Lodbrok bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Ruxpin swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Ruxpin loads up on a big right hand but Lodbrok slips the punch.

and Ruxpin counters with a nice uppercut.
Lodbrok fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ruxpin looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Ruxpin throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Lodbrok! Ruxpin is out on his feet! Lodbrok rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Ruxpin is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Ruxpin is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bjorn Lodbrok!
Bjorn Lodbrok decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
