The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Held.
Dolinger feints the counter takedown.

Dolinger shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Dolinger in particular looking to stall.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dolinger is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Held tries to get to full guard but Dolinger has control of the leg.

Held is trying to control but can't.
Dolinger trying to control from half guard but Held is working away.

Dolinger is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Held is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dolinger pulls his head out easily.
Held is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Dolinger jumps into side control!
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Dolinger wants to lay and pray for a moment but Held keeps working.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Held can't do much from the bottom here.

Dolinger tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Dolinger has control of an arm but Held manages to advance to Dolinger's back!

Held patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
Even with his hooks in, Held manages to miss with strikes from the back.

Held is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Dolinger knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Dolinger for a finish.
