Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Braden Turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vyacheslav Fedotov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turk comes into the arena with Status Quo- Deeper and Down blaring out of the sound system. Vyacheslav Fedotov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

I was talking to Turk's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Fedotov isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Turk stacks Fedotov on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Turk!

Fedotov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Turk paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Turk fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Fedotov has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Fedotov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Fedotov is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Turk gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Fedotov shoots in looking for a takedown. Turk tries to sprawl out of it but Fedotov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Turk manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Turk arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Fedotov's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
