Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hayashi Takai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Lahey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lahey throws a sloppy head kick and Takai moves out of range easily. Takai fires out a quick counter leg kick but Lahey just manages to avoid it. Takai scores with a push kick. Takai misses with a head kick.
Lahey checks the leg kick nicely there.
Takai tried to score with a low kick but Lahey checks it. Lahey throws out a counter right but Takai avoids it with no problem. Takai clinches with his opponent.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Takai is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

And that's the end of the fight! Hayashi Takai showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Takai, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
