Shopionus has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Shopionus lands a big uppercut and Caesar crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Caesar looks OK. Shopionus waves Caesar back to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Caesar switches off momentarily and Shopionus cracks him with a monster right hand! Caesar topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Shopionus dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Shopionus!

Ricky Shopionus was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
