Hunter works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Rainey looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Nice combo by Hunter! Oh, that's hurt him - Rainey falls to the canvas and Hunter follows him into side control.
Rainey is rocked!
It looks like Jake Rainey has been cut.
Hunter has hold of Rainey's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Rainey tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Hunter cranks the arm and Rainey screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Rainey, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Justin Hunter!
