Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between MD Tank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diesel Parlsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diesel Parlsh will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Diesel Parlsh!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, John Roberts and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tank closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

It looks like MD Tank has been cut.

Tank dives in and scores a takedown into Parlsh's guard.
Tank's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Parlsh is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Tank stands and throws Parlsh's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Tank staying calm.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tank postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

A lull in the action here as Tank stalls from top position.
Parlsh takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Parlsh trying to remain calm as Tank controls from the top position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Tank has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Tank in side control lands a decent elbow.
Tank works to advance to full mount. Parlsh defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Tank has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Tank's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
