Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Demarius Johnson Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dolph Spengler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams comes to the cage accompanied by Juice By Cash out FT. Lil Durk. Spengler has chosen Bully as his entrance music. Dolph Spengler will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Demarius Johnson Williams ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dolph Spengler! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Steve Smith and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams avoids the body shot from Spengler.
Spengler tries to sprawl but Williams drives through with a takedown into half guard. Spengler is refusing to be controlled, as Williams sits in half guard. Williams content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Williams is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Williams breaks from Spengler's wrist control and lands an elbow. Williams wants to control the pace but Spengler is squirming around nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Spengler is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Spengler wants to control but Williams is having none of it. Spengler can't escape the position.
Spengler tries to lock up and control but Williams gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Williams lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Spengler felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Spengler is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Williams presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Williams tries to break free but Spengler pushes him back against the cage. Williams breaks the clinch.

Williams has Spengler pressed against the cage, preventing Spengler from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Spengler turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Spengler manages to end up in side control. Williams is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Spengler is trying to control the action in half guard but Williams is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Williams wants to control but Spengler passes into side.
Spengler decides to stand up, so the ref orders Williams to his feet.

Williams gets off balance looking for a body kick and Spengler counters with a three punch combo that has Williams backing up. Williams nods at Spengler to acknowledge the strikes. Spengler tries to clinch but fails miserably and Williams counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Spengler! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Spengler struggling a bit here. Williams wants to control but Spengler is keeping him busy. Spengler manages to get back to half guard. Williams is trying to control the action in half guard but Spengler is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Williams shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Spengler clinches. Spengler ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Spengler no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Spengler pulls Williams in close to his closed guard and prevents Williams from doing any damage or advancing position. Williams stops Spengler from standing up. Williams trying to control but Spengler is working from the bottom. Williams gets to his feet - Spengler follows without any prompting. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dolph Spengler showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Williams is looking for submissions but instead, Spengler has regained full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Spengler can't do much from the bottom here. Williams in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Spengler wants to get back to his feet but Williams drags him back down. Spengler is not content to let Williams control the position. Williams goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Spengler rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Williams 's guard! Nice work there by Spengler!

Spengler is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Spengler won't allow Williams to sweep him here. Spengler looking to sit in guard and control but Williams gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Williams throwing strikes from guard but Spengler blocks nicely. Spengler wants to get back to his feet but Williams is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Williams stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Spengler swivels though and keeps the full guard. Williams wants to control from the top but Spengler keeps moving. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Williams tries to stand but Spengler is controlling from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
And that's the end of the fight! Demarius Johnson Williams showed his dominance in that final round. I think Williams has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
