The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swain takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Smith clinches up against the cage.
Swain throws a punch but it's blocked by Smith.
Smith misses with a hook to the ribs.
Swain is looking to take this one to the mat.

Smith doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Smith misses with a body punch.
Swain wants to break free but Smith has control.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Smith.
It looks like Louden Swain has been cut.
Smith tries to throw a body punch but Swain avoids it by throwing Smith back against the cage.

Saracen Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Swain tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Smith swivels and escapes.

Smith ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Swain throws a hook but Smith blocks it.
Swain throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Smith sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Swain swats away the attempt to clinch by Smith.

Smith has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Smith moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Swain shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Smith sprawls well. Smith wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Swain gets slowly back to his feet.

That kick from Swain tenderised Smith's leg. Smith is trying to keep his angry face on.
Swain is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Smith.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Smith's corner calls for a 1-2. Smith obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Swain misses with a low kick.
Saracen Smith is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Swain chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Smith can pounce on him.
Smith lands a nice shot that snaps Swain's head back.
Smith is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Swain had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Smith wants to land a leg kick but Swain is out of range.
A left lands for Smith.
Smith lands a really nice looking cross but Swain seems unphased.
Smith moves into range and connects with a jab.
Smith has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
No joy there for Swain, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Saracen Smith dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Louden Swain's cut.
That's time! Back to the action!
Swain shoots in for a takedown but Smith shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Nice sprawl there from Smith as Swain shoots in.
Smith lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Swain is rocked!
Smith comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Oh Swain is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Swain gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Smith gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Swain is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
