Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kiaun closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Gilbert's guard.
Kiaun lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Kiaun is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Gilbert looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Kiaun passes into half guard.
Kiaun is controlling the pace.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kiaun is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Gilbert is just riding it out for now. Kiaun eventually gives up the hold.
Kiaun passes to full mount!
Gilbert's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Gilbert is bucking up trying to escape but Kiaun cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Gilbert could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Gilbert's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Gilbert is just holding on here. Kiaun manages to take his back.
Gilbert is trying to break free.
Kiaun slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Kiaun working for a choke but Gilbert is defending well.
Gilbert is trying to get back to his feet but Kiaun has full control of the position and if anything, Gilbert has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Gilbert can't escape the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kiaun is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

Kiaun is cranking Gilbert's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Gilbert! He's tightened the choke and Gilbert is tapping out!
