Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mitchell Hanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gonna Slapaho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slapaho shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mitchell Hanson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fight stays on the outside here - Slapaho looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hanson scores with a jab to the jaw.
Slapaho wants to clinch up but Hanson keeps it at a distance.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

That was a close round but I would say that Mitchell Hanson will probably get the nod.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Slapaho has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Hanson finds it's way round the side to connect with Slapaho's head.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mitchell Hanson.
I think Hanson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
