Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Wakoko Wakeke!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Roger Salmon and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wakeke throws a lazy body kick
and Houston counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Wakeke lands a leg kick that knocks Houston off balance momentarily.
Houston gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
With the fighters up against the cage, Wakeke throws an elbow but misses.
Wakeke lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Wakeke lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Wakeke jerks Houston's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Houston drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Wakeke goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Wakeke because Houston was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Wakoko Wakeke!
