Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Peter Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pat Rachi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Peter Green! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Pat Rachi! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Green closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Green tries to move to mount but Rachi blocks the move with his legs. Rachi is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Check out the look on Green's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Rachi is looking to reverse the position. Rachi manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Green manages to get to full guard.
Green keeping moving, preventing Rachi from controlling successfully. Green looking for a sweep. Not yet Green, not yet. Green on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Green tries to get out of the position. Green keeping moving, preventing Rachi from controlling successfully. Rachi thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Rachi trying to control the position from guard on top but Green is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Green lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Green tries to free his leg and advance position but Rachi is retaining full guard. Green is working hard here to advance position. Green throws a big right hand that misses. Green postures up.
Rachi has his foot on Green's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Green works his way back into a safe position though. Green got a little sloppy there for a moment and Rachi has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Green has managed to get both his arms back between Rachi's legs - danger averted. Green tries to free his leg and advance position but Rachi is retaining full guard. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Green is breathing heavily. Green is working Rachi over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Green stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rachi swivels though and keeps the full guard. Rachi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Green doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Green manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Rachi looking to control.
Rachi can't keep his opponent in guard - Green advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Rachi trying to control here.
Green wants to pass the guard but Rachi is defending well. Rachi is trying to get back to full guard. Green trying to mount his opponent but Rachi defends it. This has been an exciting period of action! Rachi is pressing down on Green's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rachi trying to keep a closed guard but Green is proving a slippery customer.

Green throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Green pushes down on Rachi's leg and manages to get into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rachi on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Green tries to pass the half guard into mount. Rachi knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Rachi tries to roll over but Green keeps him under control. Rachi has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Green is working away from the top position though. Green is pressing down on Rachi's thigh, looking to free his foot. Rachi is holding on for now. Green is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Rachi is looking to control Green's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Rachi avoid being mounted? The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Green passes to full mount! Rachi tries to lock up and control but Green gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Green dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Green tries to move into range but Rachi moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Peter Green has been cut. Green walks into a left hand. Rachi cracks Green with a right hand to the side of the head. Rachi punishes Green's body with a nice straight punch. Green throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rachi scores with a shot to the body.
Green gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Rachi scores with a crisp jab that stopped Green in his tracks. Rachi with a body punch. A glancing blow. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rachi stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Green is rocked! Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Rachi fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Green out cold! Brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Pat Rachi!
