Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Igor Protti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roland Begovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Protti comes to the cage accompanied by Inno Livorno . I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Roland Begovic was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Saam Ante and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Begovic throws a head kick that misses
letting Protti counter with a right hand.
Begovic jabs Protti right on the nose. Protti blinks but takes it well.
Begovic moves out of range as Protti strikes.
Begovic lands with a kick to the ribs.
We've been hearing reports that Protti has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Begovic ducks under a wild hook from Protti.
A jab from Begovic does it's job there.
Begovic fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Protti.
Begovic sizes up Protti with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
It looks like Igor Protti has been cut.
Begovic listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Protti looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Begovic misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Protti was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Begovic drops his hands momentarily and Protti takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Protti has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Protti there as he acknowledges the shot.
Begovic lands with a nice body kick.
Begovic connects with a leg kick. Protti looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Igor Protti's cut is getting worse.
Begovic throws a right hand that Protti ducks under and follows up with a left that Protti also avoids with ease.
Protti walks into a stiff left hand from Begovic.

Protti was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Begovic feints and then cracks Protti's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Protti down.
That kick from Begovic tenderised Protti's leg. Protti is trying to keep his angry face on.
Begovic steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Protti.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Protti slips under a jab.
Begovic scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Protti takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
A jab lands there for Begovic.
Begovic lands with a kick to the temple. Protti shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Begovic is looking to slow Protti down with leg kicks.
A left lands for Begovic.
Begovic feints and then cracks Protti's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Protti down.
Begovic has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Protti crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Begovic - the referee stops the clock and Protti gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Begovic. Protti manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Begovic throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Begovic's jab looks to have found its range, popping Protti under the eye.
Begovic thuds his right hand into Protti's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Begovic scores with a jab.
Begovic throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Begovic cracks the inside of Protti's front leg.
Begovic jabs Protti right on the nose. Protti blinks but takes it well.
Begovic with a nice cross.
Igor Protti's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Begovic pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Protti will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.
A solid leg kick lands there for Begovic.
Begovic fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Protti takes a head kick and keeps coming.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A big right from Protti misses.
Protti chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Begovic can pounce on him.
Begovic lands with a nice body punch.
Roland Begovic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Begovic lunges at Protti with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Protti's hand.
Protti throws an off balance right hand
and Begovic counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A chopping leg kick lands by Begovic.
Begovic thows a body kick. Protti tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Protti with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Begovic to score with a decent uppercut.
Protti takes a head kick and keeps coming.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Begovic looks to land a left hand but Protti moved out of range nicely.

enabling Begovic to counter with a crisp jab.
Protti is rocked!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Roland Begovic dominated that round.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Protti takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Begovic moves into range and connects with a jab.
Oh Protti is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Protti drops his hands for a split second and Begovic immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Protti face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Begovic follows up with a right hand that knocks Protti into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Roland Begovic!
