Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shinya Aoki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henrique Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramos comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sepultura - Nomad kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Shinya Aoki has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Aoki darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Ramos fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Aoki manages to avoid it.
Aoki fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Aoki tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ramos swivels and escapes.
Ramos looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Ramos throws a body shot but no joy.
Aoki shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ramos but Ramos pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shinya Aoki . That's going to take a lot out of him.

Aoki ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Ramos stuffs the takedown attempt from Aoki . Aoki gets slowly back to his feet.
Henrique Ramos is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Ramos lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Aoki fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Nice body punch from Ramos.
A slow jab from Ramos misses its intended target.
Aoki throwing a counter right hand but Ramos manages to avoid it.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Ramos has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

A little feinted left hand from Aoki on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Ramos throws a shot to the body.
Ramos missing with a left hand there. Aoki was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Ramos throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Aoki scores with a jab. Ramos acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Ramos takes a swing at Aoki 's ribcage but misses.
Ramos looks to land a left hand but Aoki moved out of range nicely.
Aoki appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Aoki . Ramos does a little dance to reset his feet.
Aoki slips a straight right by Ramos.
A low kick from Aoki misses
and Ramos counters with a stiff right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Aoki takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
No luck for Aoki with that takedown attempt.
Aoki blocks a head kick by Ramos.
Ramos throws a quick inside leg kick.
Aoki is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Aoki is rocked!

Aoki is aggressively charging in as Ramos backs up avoiding any damage. Ramos tosses out a jab and Aoki runs right into it face first! Aoki is out cold! Ramos dropped down on all fours and is barking in Aoki 's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
