The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Don Rurka lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Don Rurka lands a glancing blow to the side of Sharp's head.
Sharp tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Don Rurka steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Sharp.

Sharp takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Sharp takes one on the button.
Luigi Don Rurka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sharp takes one to the chin there.
Don Rurka scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sharp looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Don Rurka feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sharps jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Don Rurka lands a really nice looking cross but Sharp seems unphased.
Don Rurka keeps the fight on the outside.
Sharp misses with a takedown attempt - Don Rurka sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Sharp throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Don Rurka's waist but Don Rurka gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sharp off to one side.
Sharp really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sharp on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Sharp is rocked!
Don Rurka drops Sharp with a straight right hand, right on the button! Don Rurka follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
