Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sergio Hernandez!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nascimento moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Nascimento scores with the left hand. Hernandez knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Sergio Hernandez has been cut.
Nascimento drops Hernandez with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hernandez looks back up at him and smiles so Nascimento waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Hernandez is rocked!
Hernandez throws a hook to the side of Nascimento's head but Nascimento sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hernandez is still on wobbly legs! Can Nascimento finish him?
Hernandez misses with a looping left.
Hernandez seems to have recovered his senses.
Sergio Hernandez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nascimento lands a lovely overhand right.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nascimento fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Hernandez tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nascimento was well out of range. Poor timing from Hernandez.
That kick from Nascimento tenderised Hernandez's leg. Hernandez is trying to keep his angry face on.
Nascimento lands a big uppercut and Hernandez crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Hernandez looks OK. Nascimento waves Hernandez back to his feet!
Hernandez chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Nascimento can pounce on him.
Nascimento digs a good hook to Hernandez's body.
Nascimento connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Hernandez misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Nascimento counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Nascimento moves into the clinch successfully.

Nascimento blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Nascimento lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Hernandez backwards.

Nascimento lands with a left to the head.
Hernandez tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Nascimento throws a quick inside leg kick.
Nascimento comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Hernandez takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
We've been told by Nascimento's head coaches at Lock and Roll Grappling Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Nascimento flashes Hernandez a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Hernandez's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Hernandez crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Nascimento punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Cristiano Nascimento was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
