Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hirohito Sato!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sato is fending him off so far but Jackson persists. Nope, Sato circles away and we're back to standing.
Sato is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Jackson tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Sato lands with a kick to the ribs.

Jackson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sato sprawls well. Sato wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jackson gets slowly back to his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Jackson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Sato - the referee stops the clock and Jackson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Sato. Jackson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sato but Sato pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Sato wants to counter with a clinch but Jackson pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hirohito Sato tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
