The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fulgore throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Gilbert Pettis has been cut.
Pettis doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Fulgore counters with a nice right hand that sends Pettis toppling to the canvas! Pettis scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Fulgore finish him?!
Pettis is rocked!
Pettis looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Fulgore scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fulgore thows a body kick. Pettis tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Pettis looks winded!
Pettis is holding his hands too far apart here. Fulgore throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Pettis is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
