Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Russell Pearce and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punishment punishes Cooper's body with a nice straight punch.
Punishment moves into range and connects with a jab.
A slapping body kick lands there for Punishment.
Punishment misses with a double jab.
Punishment scores with a jab to the body.
Punishment pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Cooper back to the cage. Punishment follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Punishment lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Punishment scores with a head kick. Cooper tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Punishment shoots in looking for a takedown but Cooper manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Punishment's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Punishment looks to land a combination but Cooper avoids it well.

Cooper shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Punishment but Punishment pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cooper looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Punishment is fending him off so far but Cooper persists. Nope, Punishment circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ben Cooper. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Punishment stalks Cooper and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Cooper's face. Cooper staggers backwards, shaken.
Punishment feints and then cracks Cooper's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Cooper down.
Cooper changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Punishment tries to avoid it but Cooper manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Punishment to the ground. Punishment escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Cooper gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cooper gets control of Punishment's arms and successfully pulls guard. Cooper will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Cooper has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Punishment is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Cooper.

Capital Punishment decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
