The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rossa showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Barnes.
Sloppy strikes from Barnes. Those never looked like landing.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Rossa.

Barnes is looking to regain half guard here but Rossa keeps moving and retains side control.
Rossa sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Barnes is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Barnes takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Rossa tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
