Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Isaiah Ferguson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dallas Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Isaiah Ferguson looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Isaiah Ferguson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
39 - 28 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dallas Riley! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Riley keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Ferguson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Riley's waist but Riley gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ferguson off to one side. Ferguson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Riley as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Isaiah Ferguson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Riley dives in and scores a takedown into Ferguson's guard. Riley must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Riley pushing down on Ferguson's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Riley throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Riley is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Ferguson defends it well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Riley takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Riley trying to mount his opponent but Ferguson defends it. Riley tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Riley trying to control the pace. Riley looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Riley stands up out of the half guard. Riley takes the fight into the clinch. Riley breaks from the clinch.
Ferguson shoots in and drives through. Riley sprawls well. Ferguson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Ferguson shoots in for a takedown but Riley shows good takedown defense. Despite the aggression on Riley's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Riley fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Ferguson to the ground. Riley is now in Ferguson's guard. Riley stands and steps away. Ferguson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Riley is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ferguson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Riley counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Ferguson is breathing heavily. Riley pulls guard successfully.
Ferguson drops back, looking for a kneebar! Riley looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Riley looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Riley! Riley controlling from side mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ferguson tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Riley presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Riley lands a couple of good shots and Ferguson has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Riley looking for the choke but no joy. We've been hearing good reports from Ferguson's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ferguson avoids the strikes from Riley. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dallas Riley dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Riley throws a head kick that misses. Nice sprawl there from Riley as Ferguson shoots in. Riley clinches up with Ferguson and pushes him back against the cage. Riley jumps guard and drags Ferguson to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Riley looking for a guillotine here but Ferguson defends easily.
Riley seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Riley has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Ferguson tries to free his leg and advance position but Riley is retaining full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ferguson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Ferguson postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Riley is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Ferguson, into his guard. Riley trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Ferguson manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
That's one minute gone in the round. Riley has his hands on Ferguson's head, controlling the position. Riley is continuing to stall. Riley looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Ferguson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Riley is keeping the position for now. Ferguson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Riley throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Ferguson stopping the sweep attempt from Riley. Riley thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Riley uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Ferguson fails with a takedown attempt. Ferguson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Riley tries to avoid it but Ferguson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Riley to the ground. Riley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Isaiah Ferguson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Riley looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Ferguson! Ferguson is letting Riley control him for a moment. Riley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ferguson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ferguson tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Riley wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Riley has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Ferguson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Ferguson misses with a takedown attempt and Riley counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Riley. Ferguson is fighting off a takedown attempt but Riley is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Ferguson to the mat. Ferguson regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Riley content to stall in guard here. Riley tries to stand but Ferguson is controlling from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Riley in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Riley wants to pass the guard but Ferguson is keeping the position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Riley stands up from guard. Let's bang! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dallas Riley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Riley is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Ferguson's half guard. Riley not landing any meaningful shots this time. Riley is controlling the pace.

Riley is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Ferguson sees it coming and defends easily. Riley keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Ferguson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Riley wants to counter with a clinch but Ferguson pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Riley drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Riley trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Riley is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Riley accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Riley stands up from Ferguson's guard - Riley perhaps looking for a knockout. Ferguson takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Riley lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Riley scores with a takedown into Ferguson's guard. Riley postures up in Ferguson's guard and throws a big left but Ferguson blocks it. Dallas Riley has got the better of the ground game so far. Riley controls from within his opponent's guard. Riley's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Ferguson keeping moving, preventing Riley from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Riley sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Ferguson's guard. Riley missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Riley slows the pace down in half guard.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Ferguson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Riley moves into the clinch. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Riley slows down the pace here.
Riley has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Ferguson clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
And that's the end of the fight! Dallas Riley comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Riley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
