Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Ryoma Takatsuka and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miyamoto feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Houston trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Miyamoto has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Houston is proving hard to escape from.
Miyamoto is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Miyamoto trying to stand up but can't free himself from Houston's guard.
Houston throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Houston throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Miyamoto escapes and throws Houston's legs to the side, diving into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Miyamoto has hold of Houston's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Houston seems comfortable defending it but Miyamoto has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Houston is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Houston is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Miyamoto couldn't care less - he's delighted!
