Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Black Bear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Mcfadden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Black Bear! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jeff Mcfadden! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.

and Mcfadden connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Mcfadden uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bear. Bear fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Mcfadden on the side of the head. Mcfadden throws a lazy head kick and Bear counters with a straight right hand. Bear misses with a right hand and Mcfadden counters with a one-two to the body. Mcfadden misses with a left hand and Bear counters with a stiff right hand.
Mcfadden clinches. Mcfadden is looking for a takedown.
Bear's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mcfadden closes the distance and clinches.
Bear manages to break the clinch.
Mcfadden throws a hook but Bear blocks it. Mcfadden fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Mcfadden misses with an uppercut
and Bear makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Mcfadden takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Oooooh!!! Bear has knocked Mcfadden down with a huge combo! Bear steps away and waves a wobbly Mcfadden back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! Black Bear is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Mcfadden looks winded!
![](https://www.mmatycoon.com/images/fight/1.gif) That's one minute gone in the round. Mcfadden bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Mcfadden tries to clinch but Bear moves out of range. Bear throws a sloppy head kick and Mcfadden moves out of range easily. Mcfadden shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bear as he avoids it easily. Bear lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Mcfadden throws an off balance right hand
and Bear counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Mcfadden takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. No joy there for Bear, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mcfadden fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Black Bear has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jeff Mcfadden. Mcfadden's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bear connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Mcfadden scrambles back to his feet. Mcfadden shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bear but Bear pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jeff Mcfadden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bear darts in and clinches Mcfadden up against the cage. Bear lands a body shot.
Bear breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A combination from Bear does no damage. Mcfadden swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Bear counters with a three punch combo that has Mcfadden backing up. Mcfadden nods at Bear to acknowledge the strikes.

It looks like Jeff Mcfadden has been cut. Bear scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Mcfadden throws a right hand that misses
and Bear counters with a huge right that knocks Mcfadden out cold! Bear is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Black Bear!
