Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sly Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ansgar Kurucz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kurucz's choice of entrance music: Marek Ztraceny - Sex s Ex. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Sly Guy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ansgar Kurucz! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Guy lands a jab-cross combination. Kurucz fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Guy. Kurucz jabbing away but nothing is landing. Guy throws a big counter combination but Kurucz scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Guy on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Guy moves into the clinch successfully.
Kurucz misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Guy.
Guy avoids a wild elbow strike from Kurucz. Kurucz looking to throw knees to the head but Guy is blocking nicely.

Kurucz has hold of one of Guy's legs. Guy is fighting the takedown attempt but Kurucz gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kurucz advances position into side control! Kurucz tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Guy parries the strikes from Kurucz easily there. Kurucz is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Guy to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Guy is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Kurucz is controlling him well. Kurucz with the ground and pound but Guy regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Kurucz not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Guy is breathing heavily. Kurucz working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Kurucz is trying to work for a kimura but Guy is defending well.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Kurucz is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Guy defends it well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kurucz looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kurucz is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Ansgar Kurucz dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Kurucz misses the shot to the body. The fight stays on the outside here - Kurucz looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Guy really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Kurucz scores with a crisp jab that stopped Guy in his tracks. Guy misses with a double jab.
Kurucz is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Guy with a body shot. Kurucz lands a right hook to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kurucz throws a shot from downtown. Guy moves away and avoids it. Kurucz clinches with his opponent.
Kurucz lands an uppercut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kurucz misses with an elbow strike.

That's one minute gone in the round. Guy takes an elbow to the forehead. Kurucz has hold of one of Guy's legs. Guy is fighting the takedown attempt but Kurucz gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Guy preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Kurucz working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Kurucz throws a big elbow that misses. Kurucz postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Guy preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Kurucz has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Kurucz is looking to work some ground and pound but Guy has wrist control. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kurucz's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Guy utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

No damage this time. Kurucz trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kurucz accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Kurucz loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Kurucz throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Guy works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kurucz decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Kurucz just misses with a punch to the body.
As Kurucz backs away, Guy returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Guy closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Guy is rocked! A nice leg kick lands there from Kurucz. Oh Guy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Guy blocks a head kick by Kurucz.

Ansgar Kurucz seems to be getting the better of the standup. Kurucz feints a jab and as Guy dips his head, Kurucz unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Guy right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Guy falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Kurucz smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Ansgar Kurucz! A very excited looking Ansgar Kurucz made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
