The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avila scores with a jab to the jaw.
Avila defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Foe.
Foe goes for a double leg but Avila avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Avila continues to drive forward.
Foe misses with a takedown
and Avila counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Oscar Avila has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zin Foe.
Foe goes for a double leg but Avila avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Avila continues to drive forward.

Avila slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Foe shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Avila as he jumps to the side.
Zin Foe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Avila scores with a one two! Foe had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Avila moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Avila uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Foe has time to react.
Foe is still on wobbly legs! Can Avila finish him?
Avila scores with a nice strike.
Foe shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Avila defends it nicely.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Foe gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Avila gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
