Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mikhail Gromov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lorenzo Fuerte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gromov comes to the cage accompanied by LITTLE BIG-PUBLIC ENEMY. The key to victory for Mikhail Gromov has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuerte moves forwards but Gromov connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Gromov scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Gromov works Fuerte's body with a nice hook.
Fuerte shoots in and gets a takedown into Gromov's guard.
Fuerte looking to sit in guard and control but Gromov gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Gromov drops back looking for a leg! Fuerte is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fuerte manages to kick Gromov off! Gromov jumps back into Fuerte's guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Fuerte can do anything to dispel that myth.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Fuerte working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Gromov cracks Fuerte with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Gromov bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Fuerte's head backwards.

Gromov steps in with a hook that catches Fuerte right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Gromov follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Fuerte looks absolutely devastated.
