Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Casey McCoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zhengtao Wei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zhengtao Wei!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Columbo Gatti and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCoy waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Wei.
McCoy swings away with a body shot that misses
and Wei counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. McCoy is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Casey McCoy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wei staying out of range there.
McCoy walks into a straight right hand from Wei.
Wei connects with the punch.
We've been told by McCoy's head coaches at The Axis of Evil that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
McCoy pushes Wei up against the cage in a clinch.
McCoy lands a left hand.
McCoy is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
McCoy is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Wei to keep the fight standing.
Wei digs a right hand into McCoy's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on McCoy's gas tank.
Wei lands a body punch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Wei.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
McCoy looking for a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Casey McCoy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wei blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Wei scores with a hook to the body.
Wei lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wei is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Wei winds up and cracks McCoy with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Wei takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
McCoy is trying to get back to full guard.

Wei is thwarting McCoy's attempts to control the position.
Wei content to control rather than advance.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Let's hope that Wei has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
McCoy looks like he's trying to stand up.
McCoy is in trouble now - Wei has advanced to mount!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

McCoy tries to hold on but Wei postures up.
McCoy can't escape the position.
Wei lands a heavy elbow.

McCoy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wei on the ground.
Wei pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
McCoy tries to hold on but Wei pushes him away.
McCoy keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Wei takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
A nice elbow there by Wei.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Zhengtao Wei dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Wei moves out of range of the strikes.
Wei has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Wei lands a jab.
Wei steps into range and cracks McCoy with a monster punch that buckles his knees! McCoy flops backwards and Wei dives into his guard looking to finish!
McCoy is rocked!
McCoy is working an open guard so Wei takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Oh McCoy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McCoy tries to get into range but Wei steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops McCoy! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Wei scores the big KO victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Zhengtao Wei!
