Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bas Severn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shavo Odin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Shavo Odin was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Atkins and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Severn throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Odin takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
A looping hook to the body misses from Odin. Severn does a little dance to reset his feet.
Severn lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Severn steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Odin.
Nice defenses there by Odin.
Odin shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Severn pinned against the cage. Severn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Odin has managed to clinch.
Severn lands a nice uppercut.
Severn stalls.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Odin swings wildly with an uppercut but Severn uses good head movement to avoid it.
A head punch on the inside from Odin fails to land.
Odin has Severn pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Severn manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Odin misses with a hook from the clinch.
Severn doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Severn stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Severn throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Odins head.
Severn prevents a takedown attempt there.
Bas Severn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shavo Odin.
Severn changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Odin fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Severn throws a push kick but Odin slaps the foot to one side.
Odin throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Odin avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Odin tries to counter with a clinch but Severn shakes him off and moves away.

Odin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Severn swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Severn misses with a jab, cross combination.
Severn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Odin tries to close the distance and clinch but Severn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Odin tries to clinch up but Severn circles away and keeps his distance.

Severn connects with a leg kick. Odin looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
A telegraphed right hand from Odin misses the target.
Severn lands with a good body shot.
Severn looks to land a body kick but Odin moved away.
Nice defenses there by Severn.
Severn avoids the head kick by Odin.
Severn throws a nice outside leg kick.
Severn looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Severn stuns Odin with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Odin takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
That kick from Severn tenderised Odin's leg. Odin is trying to keep his angry face on.
Odin closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
It looks like Shavo Odin has been cut.
Severn throws a body shot but no joy.
Odin on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Severn lands a nice looking body shot.
A solid body kick from Severn.
Severn fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Odin.

Severn fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Severn throws a sloppy head kick and Odin moves out of range easily.
Severn scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Odin doesn't seem bothered though.
Severn feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Odin collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
