Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pierre Farund (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dimitri Petrovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Sergei Dronov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Farund's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Petrovich connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Farund scrambles back to his feet.
Farund displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Petrovich throws out the jab.
Petrovich throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Farund tries to counter with a takedown but Petrovich is quick to defend against it.

Farund tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Petrovich defends well and Farund ends up having to push Petrovich into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
A little jabbing left from Petrovich on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Farund takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Farund is on top in guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Petrovich can do anything to dispel that myth.

Farund lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Petrovich! More strikes land and this one is all over! Farund jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
