Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Alex Miller! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miller dives in and grabs Underwood's left leg, looking for a takedown. Underwood pushes down on Miller's head and hops out. Underwood wants to clinch up but Miller keeps it at a distance. Underwood wants to clinch up but Miller keeps it at a distance. Underwood stuffs the takedown attempt from Miller. Miller gets slowly back to his feet. Underwood half committed to a counter leg kick. Underwood closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Miller tries to score a body lock takedown but Underwood shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Ellsworth Underwood has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Miller. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Miller changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Underwood fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Underwood pulls Miller in close to his closed guard and prevents Miller from doing any damage or advancing position. Underwood looking to control.
Underwood is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Miller postures up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Miller shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Horrible takedown attempt by Miller or perhaps it was just good defense by Underwood, which made it look bad. Underwood wants to clinch up but Miller keeps it at a distance.

Underwood tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Miller manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Miller shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Underwood as he jumps to the side. Underwood jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Miller misses with a takedown attempt - Underwood sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Miller tries to keep at a distance but Underwood has taken the fight into the clinch. Miller looking for a takedown.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Underwood escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Underwood scores with a head kick. Miller tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. The fight stays on the outside here - Underwood looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Underwood moves in looking to clinch but Miller pushes him off. Underwood closes the distance looking to clinch and Miller counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Miller wants to stand up but Underwood has a hold of him and won't allow it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ellsworth Underwood dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Underwood keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. As Miller tries to get set, Underwood tries to push him back and clinch up but Miller manages to avoid the attempt. Underwood is looking to clinch but Miller is avoiding it.
Miller drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Underwood defends it well. Miller shoots in for a double leg but Underwood sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Underwood lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. Underwood moves into the clinch. Underwood is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Miller can do to turn this around? Underwood has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Miller is trying to keep an underhook but Underwood manages to get the takedown into half guard. Miller is positioning himself well to prevent Underwood advancing to mount. Miller has his foot on Underwood's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Underwood works his way back into a safe position though. Underwood might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Underwood trying to control but Miller is working from the bottom. Miller controls Underwood momentarily but Underwood frees himself. Miller tries to land a sweep but no joy. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Underwood drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Miller manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Underwood has Miller in his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Underwood not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Underwood is looking to stand up but Miller isn't so interested in that idea. Alex Miller has got the better of the ground game so far. Miller wants to stand but Underwood has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Miller fails with a takedown attempt. Ellsworth Underwood has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Miller.

Miller is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Underwood clinches. Underwood fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Underwood wants the takedown. Miller is fighting it off but Underwood persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Miller's guard against the cage. Underwood has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Underwood has a closed guard, preventing Miller from standing up. Underwood wants to stand up but Miller is controlling him. Miller trying to stand up but can't free himself from Underwood's guard.
